During those years, we didn’t have to worry about paying the bills. My husband could focus on caring for his dad as we believe families are supposed to do, and life went on as normal.

We were as surprised as anyone because I had given up on this kid when he was 14. He was just too different.

He spent two years studying the stock market and determined that that wasn’t for him. We didn’t consider that a failure; it was more like an elimination process.

Next he experimented with eBay and loved that.

Then he discovered his real passion and followed the advice of his mentor, stock market expert Chris Verhaegh.

He combined the two things he loved best and
